Freight Charges

Shipping is free on all retail on-line orders of $199.00 and above. If your on-line order is under $199.00 a flat rate Australia wide of $15.90 is added to your order. All on-line orders are shipped via Australia Parcel Post.

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email when your order is packed and ready to ship.

Orders can be picked up daily, from 8.30am to 4.00pm M-F excluding Weekends, Victorian Public Holidays and National Public Holidays.

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY:

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship OR pick-up option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. 

Orders will be despatched next business day sunbject to stock availability. When your order is ready for despatch, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

All on-line orders are shipped with Australia Parcel Post with a tracking number. Transit times vary depending on your location. Generally Aust Parcel Post transit time is 2-4 business days within Victoria and between 3-6 business days for interstate addresses
